All guests have access to Recreation Center with indoor Jr. Olympic heated pool, game room, and fitness center. Also tennis courts, basketball court, and 18-hole miniature golf are featured. Throughout the resort are six river parks that have some of the most breath-taking views in the North Georgia Mountains. The General Store is right outside the Eagle Mountain Gate for dining and convenience groceries.

Monthly rental is $675.00 with a 6 to 12 month lease and a $300.00 security deposit. Local phone service

and basic cable are included in the lease; however, electricity is not. Additionally linen, cleaning, and trash services are not included. No smoking and no pets permitted.

ic Downtown Ellijay for approximately 4 miles, and then take a left onto GA Hwy 382 / Green’s Country Store. Travel up the hill for .6 miles, and take a right into the main entrance of the Coosawattee River Resort.
