The 2014 Apple Festival is held in Ellijay, Georgia on the Lions Club Fairgrounds on the weekend of October 11 - 12 as well as the weekend of October 18 - 19. Although reservations are not mandatory, trips fill-up quickly so availability inquiry and reservation(s) are strongly advised. Please note that children must be at least 5 years of age. A waiver must be signed and submitted prior to the tubing excursion. To save time, please read the rules and regulations and then print & sign the waiver prior to coming on the tubing trip.

The season is in full-swing and runs through October with the following operating days:

• Seven days a week from Memorial Day through Labor Day
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Labor Day  through October 1^st

And your adventure is not over when your tubing trip ends. Visit  The General Store at Eagle Mountain for  breakfast (starting at 7am) and for the summer menu lunch. Also The General Store features ‘Pickin' on the Porch’ which is scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Saturday night of each month (weather permitting), with a variety of local entertainment and music from gospel to blue grass to Old Time Rock 'n' Roll. During ‘Pickin’ on the Porch’,  The General Store is open  for your dining and munching convenience. Bring your own lawn chair, pull up your seat next to the bon-fire, and roast some marshmallows while enjoying the entertainment and mountain ambiance!
