Beaver Forest 23 Vista Chalet is on the low side of the road and has seasonal and probable year round view and close enough to hear the river. Homes are also nearby
Eagle Mountain 448 on Joilet Dr. is on the high side of the road and will probably have a mountain view.
Eagle Mountain 1230 Fugue is on the high side of the road has possible seasonal view. The lot is nice but needs some excavation for driveway.
Beaver Lake 712 Riverview features a sloping
lot, probable seasonal view and a paved road.
